CAR WASH ATTENTDANT
Responsible for vehicle loading, ensuring wash is operating properly, grounds and tunnel cleaning, and helping with maintenance tasks as necessary. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one goal and all employees are expected to be kind, courteous, approachable, and willing to help any customer.
Requirements
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Able to stand for 4+ consecutive hours
• Provide excellent customer service
• Explain services available at the car wash
• Communicate effectively
• Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions
• Be punctual, responsible, and accountable
• General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities
SHIFT MANAGER
Responsibility to operate and manage a car wash in the most efficient and effective manner to be productive and profitable. There is a need to develop and maintain a staff of production employees to focus on continuous improvement of customer service, quality of vehicle cleanliness, and safety.

Leadership
• Training employees and coaching employees to continue to improve job skills. Be a mentor to employees
Daily Operations
• Fix minor problems.
• Assist in major renovations.
• Assist or schedule pit cleanings.
• Assisting in fixing of equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Ensuring the facility is constantly being maintained
Maintenance
• Fix minor problems.

Training
• An employee will continue to train and learn from the owner.
• Must be able to train and delegate to production employees.
